Kenneth Ray Dixon

Kenneth Ray Dixon, 66, of Siloam Springs, Ark., died Feb. 4, 2010, at his home.

He was born Nov. 24, 1943, in Siloam Springs to Henry and Mabel Elrod Dixon.

He was a 1962 graduate of Siloam Springs High School and attended Arkansas Tech and John Brown University.

He was an area poultry farmer, received the Jaycee’s Outstanding Young Farmer Award in 1967 and was the Arkansas Poultry Federation’s Turkey Producer of the Year in 1979.

He served 16 years on the Siloam Springs School Board and was active in the local band boosters and FFA Alumni Association. He was a board member of Tired Iron Of The Ozarks and also served on the Benton ...
