Harold and Mildred Nusser, current residents of Kansas, Okla., and former residents of Garden City, Kan., will celebrate their 65th anniversary on April 23, 2014.
Mildred E. Wedel and Harold E. Nusser were married April 23, 1949 in Syracuse, Kan.
Harold was an engineer with the Kansas Department of Transportation for 20 years and Mildred was a homemaker. They have served with Cookson Hills Christian Ministries for 35 years.
The couple has three daughters, Kathy Dyer and husband Bill of Mayetta, Kan.; Jan Meyers and husband David of Deerfield, Kan.; and the late Joyce Lambert. They have five grandchildren and 11 great-grandsons.
A family reception is planned in Wichita, Kan., on Saturday, April 26. Congratulations cards may be sent to the couple at Box 200, Rt. 3, Kansas, Okla. 74347.
