First Presbyterian Church of Siloam Springs is hosting vacation Bible school July 21-25. The session is "Weird Animals: Where Jesus' Love is One-of-a-Kind."
BVS is from 5:30 p.m. to 8 p.m. with a meal included.

Clothing giveaway
Eastgate Church of Christ will be having a clothing giveaway from 5:30 p.m to 7 p.m. July 18. The church holds these giveaways on the first and third Fridays of each month.
Grace on Tap
Grace Episcopal Church will host "Grace on Tap" from 7 p.m. to 8 p.m. on Wednesdays this summer at 28 Springs (100 E University St). This weekly gathering will meet in the event room. Heritage Missionary Baptist Church VBS
Heritage Missionary Baptist Church will be hosting vacation Bible school July 14-18 from 6:30 p.m. to 8:45 p.m. "Cross Canyon Trail, Ridin' Strong With Jesus" is the theme of this year's Bible school which is based on the scripture, "If any man will come after me, let him deny himslef, and take up his cross daily, and follow me," Luke 9:23. Each night will focus on the following classes, Ridin' Ready, Ridin' Obedient, Ridin' Faithful, Ridin' Bold and Ridin' Courageous. Classes are for 5- to 12-year-old children. Hope's Kitchen at Saint Mary
Hope's Kitchen at Saint Mary Catholic Church provides free meals from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. on the fourth Friday of each month. The homeless, needy, elderly, unemployed, lonely and any families with children are invited to the free home-cooked meal. The church is located at 1998 U.S. Highway 412 next to 2 B's Auto Sales. Book sale
The Tattered Page is having a buy two, get one free sale of used Christian books with topics ranging from Christian Living, fiction, study, self-help, parenting and Bibles. The Tattered Page also accepts donations of books. The Tattered Page is open Monday through Friday from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. All sales support Kind at Heart Ministries, which helps those in need, especially widows, elderly and disabled by sharing hope through kindness. The Community Storehouse, a ministry of Overdrive Church that provides necessities to families in need, is looking for volunteers for the following times: 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Monday, Wednesday and Saturday, and from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. Tuesdays and Thursdays.
