Friday: Chicken strips, parslied potatoes, green beans, bread and cook's choice.
Aug. 4-8
Monday: Pork roast, roasted potatoes, green beans, roll and banana pudding.
Tuesday: Meatloaf, mashed potatoes, mixed vegetables, bread and pineapple/oranges.
Wednesday: Ham with pineapple glaze, black-eyed peas, cooked cabbage, cornbread and peanut butter pie.
Thursday: Chef Salad, chunky fruit cup, assorted crackers and oatmeal raisin cookie.
Friday: Chicken fajitas, pinto beans, fiesta corn, flour tortilla and fresh apple.
Aug. 11 -15
Monday: Ham and bean soup, stewed tomatoes, cornbread and fresh banana.
Tuesday: Spaghetti with meat sauce, lettuce/spinach salad, garlic bread and spiced peaches.
Wednesday: Baked chicken with cranberry sauce, sweet potato patties, broccoli casserole, bread and cook's choice.
Thursday: Junior club sandwich, potato chips, cucumber slices with ranch dressing and orange sorbet.
Friday: Beef tips with gravy, blended rice, Mediterranean veggies, roll and mandarin oranges.
Aug. 18-22
Monday: Beef stroganoff, egg noodles, green peas with pimento, roll and rosy applesauce.
Tuesday: Chicken pasta salad, tomato slice, assorted crackers, apricots and cookie.
Wednesday: Beef taco salad, strawberries and vanilla ice-cream.
Thursday: Barbecue chicken, scalloped potatoes, marinated carrots, roll and pineapple tidbits.
Friday: Fish sandwich, with lettuce, tomato and tartar sauce, french fries and ambrosia cup.
Aug. 25-29
Monday: Chicken Brunswick stew, cornbread, cinnamon applesauce and sugar cookie.
Tuesday: Pulled pork au jus, new potatoes, green beans, roll and pineapple cherry crisp.
Wednesday: Chicken cacciatore, noodles, buttered carrots, bread and emerald pears.
Thursday: Frankfurter with bun, baked beans, potato chips and orange zephyr whip.
Friday: Sweet and sour pork, blended rice, broccoli and carrots, bread and tropical fruit.
