FORT SMITH -- The Siloam Springs ninth-grade volleyball team picked up a 2-1 win at Fort Smith Ramsey on Tuesday.
The Lady Panthers won 12-25, 25-20, 15-12 and improved to 4-6 overall.
Jayzlee Bahr and Elise Scarbrough each had two kills for the Lady Panthers, while Allie Bowman had five aces and Shaylon Sharp had three.
The eighth-grade team beat Ramsey 18-25, 25-15, 15-6 and improved to 4-2 overall.
Both teams return to action Monday as ninth-grade opens Northwest Arkansas Conference play at home against Bentonville Gold, while the eighth-grade plays Bentonville Fulbright.
