Nonpriority violations: Water leaking from somewhere and getting under the floor. Scooping ice with the cup. Use scoop to put ice in cups. Storing ice scoop on top of the ice machine. Store scoop in or on something that can be cleaned and sanitized.

Nonpriority violations: Using paint brushes for basting/brushing egg and butter, brushes must be food grade. Not keeping time logs on Kalache, destroyed as needed. Store wiping cloths in sanitizer, bleach water.

Nonpriority violations: Comet cleaner is not labeled for restaurant use on food contact surface. Server used cup to scoop ice directly, use scoop or other utensil not the glass itself.
