LITTLE ROCK -- The Siloam Springs girls basketball team picked up a win on the road Friday, defeating Mount St. Mary 48-44 in a 7A/6A-Central Conference game.
The Lady Panthers trailed 13-10 after the first quarter but came back to outscore the Belles 17-10 in the second quarter to lead 27-23 at halftime.

Siloam Springs led 33-30 going into the fourth quarter.
Sophomore Morgan Vaughn led the Lady Panthers (11-10, 4-4) with 14 points, while sophomore Hadlee Hollenback had 13, senior Haley Stewart 11, senior Abby Cox six, and senior Alexis Duffy and junior Sidney Henry each with two.
Lizzie Allgood led Mount Saint Mary (5-15, 0-8) with 28 points. She had 29 points in Siloam Springs' 62-39 victory earlier this season.
The Lady Panthers host Greenwood on Tuesday in an important 6A conference game.
Conway 69, Siloam Springs 22
CONWAY -- Alexis Tolefree scored 28 of her game-high 31 points in the first half as Conway defeated Siloam Springs 69-22 on Tuesday at Buzz Bolding Arena.
Tolefree scored 12 points in the first quarter as Conway raced out to a 21-8 lead. She added 16 points in the second quarter as the Lady Wampus Cats (21-1, 7-0 7A/6A-Central) pulled ahead 47-17 at halftime.
Conway took a 62-22 lead going into the fourth quarter, where Conway outscord Siloam Springs 7-0.
Haley Stewart and Hadlee Hollenback each scored seven points to lead Siloam Springs (10-10, 3-4), while Morgan Vaughn scored five, Sidney Henry two and Alexis Duffy one.
