STILWELL, Okla. -- The Siloam Springs seventh-grade girls basketball team wrapped up its 2015-16 season on Wednesday, Feb. 3, with a 43-29 victory over Maryetta (Okla.).
The game was tied 8-8 after the first quarter and the Lady Panthers fell behind 21-19 at halftime. However, Siloam Springs outscored Maryetta 17-5 in the third quarter to take a 36-26 lead going into the fourth.
Mia Hevener led the Lady Panthers with 16 points, while Jadyn Stil had 10, Julia Jackson eight, Sydney Moorman five, Micah Curry four and Madi Race one.
Boys
The Siloam Springs seventh-grade boys basketball team wrapped up its 2015-16 season on Wednesday with a 60-40 loss to Maryetta (Okla.).
Landon Ward led the Panthers with 22 points, while Camden Collins scored eight, Jackson Ford and Trey Whorton each with three and Soloman Hufford and Dusty Bucker each with two.
