Roy L. Halliday
Roy L. Halliday, of Siloam Springs, Ark., was born on Oct. 20, 1952 at Harrison Hospital in Harrison, Ark., to parents William Earnest Halliday and Lessie Lee Halliday of Yellville, Ark. He passed away April 29, 2016, at Washington Regional Medical Center in Fayetteville, Ark., surrounded by loving members of his family.
He is survived by his wife of 38 years, Cindy Halliday; three sons, Cameron, Drifton and Duston; mother-in-law, Velda Adams; daughter-in-law, Meranda Halliday; grandchildren, Mariannah, Jacob, Jaden, Azariah and Zephaniah; two brothers, Bill and Jerry; two sisters, Darlene and Jamie; and many nephews and nieces. He will be missed each moment of each day by all those who loved him and knew him.
Memorial services will be held at 2 p.m. May 14, 2016, at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses in Siloam Springs, Ark. Family and friends are welcome to attend.

Frances D. Putman
Frances D. Putman, 79, of Siloam Springs, Ark., died May 3, 2016, in her home. She was born Aug. 24, 1936, in Grandview, Mo., to Mark Boyle and Willa McMorris Boyle.
She was preceded in death by three brothers, Benny, Roy and Tommy Boyle; and three sisters, Ruth Freeman, Opal Martin and Shirley Wofford.
She is survived by two daughters, Sharon Putman of Siloam Springs, and Kathi Carter and husband Brett of Colcord, Okla.; two sons, Ronnie Putman and wife Shelley of Bella Vista, Ark., and Jerry Putman and wife Shelley of Siloam Springs; 14 grandchildren; 30 great-grandchildren; three great-great-grandchildren; and a brother, Buck Boyle of Cherokee City, Ark.
Visitation will be 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday, May 5, 2016, at Wasson Funeral Home in Siloam Springs.
Funeral services will be 10 a.m. Friday, May 6, 2016, at Wasson Memorial Chapel in Siloam Springs with Larry Ellis officiating. Burial will be at Falling Springs Cemetery near Decatur, Ark.
