• Dishwasher sanitize cycle is not getting hot enough as checked with a thermo strip. Manually sanitize until repaired.
Nonpriority violation:
• Employee food stored with establishment food. Store personal foods away from establishment food (bottom shelf is OK for this facility).

Priority violations:
• Handwashing sink is not accessible. Items setting in the sink.
• Custom slaughter meats stored in the freezer. Remove.
• Packages of food have been stored in an area with an infestation of mice. All food must be destroyed unless it is in packaging that can be cleaned and sanitized.
• Person washing dishes was not sanitizing them. All dishes and equipment must be washed, rinsed and sanitized.
• Food in refrigerator 2 is not being held at 41°F or below. Adjusted.
Nonpriority violations:
• All outer openings of a food establishment should be protected against the entry of insects and rodents.
• Evidence of mice found on location in the kitchen and warehouse. Food must be destroyed as needed. All surfaces must be cleaned and sanitized as needed.
• Dog is not allowed in warehouse.
• Repair wall behind handwashing sink.
