City crews worked to hang Christmas lights in Twin Springs Park the week before Thanksgiving. Lights went up throughout downtown and in city parks. They will be turned on during the annual lighting ceremony, which will be held on the steps of the Old Post Office on Broadway Street before the 36th annual Christmas Parade on Dec. 3.
