On Oct. 19, 2016, Siloam Springs Police Officers conducted a citywide domestic violence warrant sweep as part of the 2016 National Family Violence Apprehension Detail.
The operation resulted in six arrests: three misdemeanors and three felonies. The following individuals were arrested during the operation:
Levi Crabtree - Domestic Battery 3rd/ Fleeing.
Justin Reeves - Failure to pay on Assault on a Family or Household Member.
Eric Facela - Failure to pay on Domestic Battery 3rd.
Autumn Rhine - Endangering Welfare of a Minor, Criminal Mischief 1st Felony.
David Rhine - Driving While Intoxicated (DWI), permitting a minor to drive while intoxicated.
Jackie Rice - Failure to Appear on Traffic offenses, Felony charges out of Macintosh County SO, and Burglary, Failure to Appear on Dangerous Drugs, and Possession of Dangerous Drugs out of Adair County, Okla. In addition, Rice was charged with two new Felony Possession of Controlled Substance (Meth) and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia felony charges out of Siloam Springs.
There were multiple attempts to locate individuals during the operation.
Should the below listed individuals turn themselves in to the Siloam Springs Police Department before Nov. 1, 2016, they will be issued a Citation of Release with a new court date. This is an opportunity for individuals to minimize the disruption in their lives. Individuals that have not turned themselves in will be sought out and arrested by the police department and will be booked into the Benton County Detention Facility.
