• Area behind the fryer/steamer unit especially behind pipes has an accumulation of grease and food.
• Tile missing at the floor-wall junction around the mop sink and the opposite wall. This allows for standing stagnant water and cannot be easily cleaned. Grout missing from tiles around the mop sink area and under three-compartment sink.
• Excessive ice build-up around the walk-in freezer door. Ice does not allow door to close properly.
• Floor in walk-in cooler is buckling.
