Lives at risk onU.S. Hwy 412, Alt.,in Kansas, Okla.

I have continued to submit to the Oklahoma Department of Transportation concerns of unsafe/hazardous conditions of this section of highway. It warrants reconstruction due to factors of narrow road, visibility limited to none, hills obstructing views, a bridge that floods over (twice since April 20, 2017) and low-lying flooded areas of highway.

Intersections of highways 412/10/59, Cherokee Street and Woods Avenue are congested from the public school to the Vo-Tech. The infrastructure of state and federal tax has a memorandum to acknowledge the post offices of Kansas, Oaks and Colcord that use this section of road mentioned as a main mail route of our post office road -- Postal National Connection System.

This is of great concern in our civic area where more than 900 school children are in harm's way. I find it to be a constitutional right that our local, state and federal governing bodies and agencies commit to ratify reconstruction of this highway section for the safety of all as an improvement for our whole state as well as for our nation.

School begins Aug. 17, 2017, and it will be very congested -- unsafe and hazardous to all on Highway 412 in Kansas, Okla.
