Priority violations:

• Register operator went from running the register and delivering food to preparing pizza serving trays without washing hands first. Corrected.

Non priority violations:

• Scoop handles in the product bulk containers.

Burger King, 2354 E. U.S. Highway 412

Priority violations:

• Employee handled raw meat and moved to another task without washing hands in between. Employees must always wash hands after handling raw meat before handling other utensils, equipment or hot holding trays. Corrected.

• Drop guard on the interior of ice machine has a build-up of possible mold.

Non priority violations:

• Condensation leak in the walk-in freezer. This was an issue during the opening inspection and was supposed to be corrected prior to opening.

• Ice build-up on the freezer door and door frame. Check unit to ensure all components are working properly and seals are working as designed.
