KETCHUM, Okla. -- Kansas picked up its second win of the season Friday with a 15-0 win over Ketchum.
The Comets scored in the first quarter to take an 8-0 lead, and then finished off the victory with an insurance score in the second quarter.
Keelan Davis, who passed for 120 yards and rushed for 49, had a touchdown run, while Jerry Cochran also rushed for a touchdown.
The Comets (2-4, 1-2 District 2A-7) return to action this week at Holland Hall.
Victory Christian 63, Colcord 20
TULSA, Okla. -- Victory Christian jumped out to a 28-0 lead in the first quarter and 42-0 at halftime and rolled through a 63-20 win over Colcord on Friday night.
Tyler Hicks rushed for three touchdowns for the Conquerors, while R.J. Wakley threw four touchdown passes. Spencer Earp threw a touchdown pass to Ryan Castleman for Colcord, while Wyatt Doty had a touchdown run and Dylan Davis caught a touchdown pass from Blake Gonzalez.
Colcord (3-3, 1-1 District 2A-7) returns to action at home this Friday against Salina.
Depew 60, Oaks 6
DEPEW, Okla. -- The Warriors dropped to 0-6 on the season and 0-1 in district play with the loss. Hammer scored the Warriors' only touchdown. The Warriors play Canadian on Friday.
