The Siloam Springs tennis teams head to Little Rock's Rebsamen Tennis Center on Monday for the 6A-West Conference Tennis Tournament.

Boys and girls players, in singles and doubles, must win at least two games in order to advance to the Class 6A State Tournament, which will be held Oct. 16-17 at Burns Park in North Little Rock.

On the boys side, Siloam Springs has already picked up one victory as boys No. 1 singles seed Orest Los received a first-round bye after Sheridan did not field a second singles player.

Los, a senior who has not lost any 6A matches this season, will only have to win his second round match to advance to the 6A state tournament. He will play the winner of Monday's opening round match between Sheridan's Nathan Kirkpatrick and Texarkana's Blaine Martin.

Also in boys singles, No. 11 seed Zayn Snow will play No. 6 seed Jacob Praetzel of Lake Hamilton.

In boys doubles, the team of Caio Freitas and Joshua Bullington earned the No. 3 seed and will face No. 14 seed Hagan Russell and Abraham Liera of Lake Hamilton.

The doubles team of Trey Hardcastle and Avery Lang were seed 13th and will play No. 4 seed Auston Shown and Eli Butler of Greenwood.

In girls singles, Brooke Hutto was seeded No. 9 and will face Javanna Cetnik of Lake Hamilton, the No. 8 seed.

Valerie Lee was the No. 15 seed and will face No. 2 seed Macy Barker of El Dorado in the opening round.

In girls doubles, Caroline Dinger and Averie Headrick earned the tournament's fifth seed and will go up against No. 12 seed Darby Dunn and Ashley Perez of Lake Hamilton.

Kacey Soderquist and Eve Slater earned the No. 11 seed and will play No. 6 seed Raegan Hickam and Christin Harris of Lake Hamilton.
