Siloam Springs golf competes in tri-match in Rogers

ROGERS -- The Siloam Springs golf teams participated in a nine-hole tri-match with Rogers High and Springdale Har-Ber on Monday at Lost Springs Golf and Athletic Club.

Rogers won the boys match by three strokes 156 to Har-Ber's 159. Siloam Springs finished third at 187.

Junior Josh Johnson led the Panthers with a 44, while junior Karson Clement shot 46, sophomore Evan Sauer 48, junior Chase Beyer 49 and sophomore Luke Baker 50.

Trevor Brunson of Rogers was the medalist with a 35, while Spencer Eiserman had a 38 for the Mounties, Marc Sussman 41 and Andrew Fakult 42.

Kade Keith led Har-Ber with a 37, while Cole Bishop had a 39, Logan Bradley 40 and Peyton Locke 43.

Rogers won the girls match with a score of 121. Siloam Springs shot 139, while Springdale Har-Ber carded a team score of 153.

Senior Brinkley Beever led the Lady Panthers with a 41, while Kaitlyn Robinson shot 46, Jaelee Snyder 52, McKenzie Blanchard 55 and Kendall McCormick 65.

Payton Smith was medalist for Rogers with a 38, while Maggie Mossier shot 41 and Amanda Sakalares 42.

Abbey Ott shot 47 for Har-Ber, while Kailey Fender and Kristi Grafton each shot 52.
