Breakfast

Jan. 8-12

Monday: English muffin with ham, variety fruit and fruit juice.

Tuesday: French toast sticks, variety fruit and fruit juice.

Wednesday: Smoothie with strawberry chex, variety fruit and fruit juice.

Thursday: Oatmeal with wholegrain toast, variety fruit and fruit juice.

Friday: Cini mini, variety fruit and fruit juice.

Jan. 15-19

Monday: No school

Tuesday: Pancake and sausage wrap, variety fruit and fruit juice.

Wednesday: Cheese toast, variety fruit and fruit juice.

Thursday: Biscuit with gravy and sausage, variety fruit and fruit juice.

Friday: Mini pancakes, variety fruit and fruit juice.

Jan. 22-26

Monday: Wholegrain biscuit with sausage, variety fruit and fruit juice.

Tuesday: Cinnamon swirl, variety fruit and fruit juice.

Wednesday: Breakfast crispito with salsa, variety fruit and fruit juice.

Thursday: Oatmeal with wholegrain toast, variety fruit and fruit juice.

Friday: Chicken biscuit with jelly, variety fruit and fruit juice.

Jan. 29-31

Monday: Breakfast pizza, variety fruit and fruit juice.

Tuesday: Sausage roll, variety fruit and fruit juice.

Wednesday: Cheese quasadilla, variety fruit and fruit juice.

Lunch

Jan. 8-12

Monday: Steak fingers with barbecue sauce, mashed potatoes with gravy, tossed salad with ranch, frozen fruit cup and a wholegrain roll.

Tuesday: Chicken fajita on a wholegrain roll, pinto beans, paradise punch, orange smiles and tortilla chips with salsa.

Wednesday: Charburger on a wholegrain bun with mustard or mayo, oven French fries with ketchup, lettuce/pickle and fresh apple slices.

Thursday: Teriyaki chicken, seasoned corn, broccoli and carrots with ranch, chilled pear, steamed rice and a wholegrain sugar cookie.

Friday: Chicken alfredo with a twist, steamed broccoli/carrots, celery with sunbutter, chilled peaches and a wholegrain roll.

Jan. 15-19

Monday: No school

Tuesday: Pancake and sausage patty, tater tots with ketchup, carrots with ranch and chilled fruit cocktail.

Wednesday: Chicken sandwich on a bun, lettuce/pickle, sweet potato fries with ketchup, chilled pears and a wholegrain chocolate chip cookie.

Thursday: Beef and bean burrito, chili beans, tossed salad with ranch, chilled pineapple and tortilla chips with salsa.

Friday: Macaroni and cheese, tossed salad with ranch, green peas, strawberries and a wholegrain roll.

Jan. 22-26

Monday: Corndog with ketchup or mustard, cucumber rings, baked beans, diced pears and an ice cream cup.

Tuesday: Beans and ham with cornbread, tossed salad with ranch, orange smiles, wholegrain crackers and a wholegrain sugar cookie.

Wednesday: Chicken and waffles, sweet potato fries with ketchup, creamy coleslaw, strawberries/bananas and jello with whipped topping.

Thursday: Baked ham, quick baked potato, seasoned broccoli, chilled fuit cocktail and a wholegrain roll.

Friday: Salisbury steak, mashed potatoes with gravy, steamed carrots, fresh apple slices and a wholegrain roll.

Jan. 29-31

Monday: Scrambled eggs, wholegrain biscuit with jelly, tater tots with ketchup, DragonPunch and chilled fruit cocktail.

Tuesday: Stromboli, baked beans, tossed salad with ranch, chilled pears and jello with whipped topping.

Wednesday: Sausage pizza, broccoli with ranch, seasoned corn, orange smiles and marshmallow rice square.
