"We're committed to continuous improvement, and NBRI helps us measure and identify trends in team-member engagement over time. I'm proud of our scores and thrilled that our team-members feel connected to their work at Cobb. Like our logo says, we truly are one family with one purpose," said Shanna Morgan, U.S. human resources director.

Cobb-Vantress qualified for this Best in Class honor by scoring at or above the 75th percentile when measured against others in the poultry industry.

"Employee engagement drives financial performance," said Dr. Jan G. West, Ph.D., CEO and organizational psychologist at NBRI. "This award is a result of Cobb-Vantress' dedication to measuring and improving their employee engagement."
