Otto Feland 'Buddy' Duffield

Otto Feland "Buddy" Duffield, 86, of Siloam Springs, Ark., died May 11, 2018, at Apple Creek Health and Rehab in Centerton, Ark.

He was born March 13, 1932, in Pawhuska, Okla., one of 11 children of Luke Duffield and Corinthia Broaddus Duffield. He grew up in Pawhuska and graduated from Pawhuska High School. He lived in Tulsa, Okla., and attended the University of Tulsa. The family then moved to Siloam Springs, Ark., in 1979. He married Sue Ann Watkins and they were married for 60 years. He was an independent oil producer. He liked to play golf and also enjoyed racing thoroughbred horses. He was a member of Army National Guard #45 in Pawhuska and St. Mary's Catholic Church in Siloam Springs.

He was preceded in death by his wife; daughter, Theresa Duffield Evans; and son, Otto F. Duffield II.

He is survived by his son, James P. Duffield and wife Diana of Tulsa; daughters, Dede Johnson and husband Jim of Siloam Springs, and Valorie Sue Reynolds and husband Ryan of Tulsa; 15 grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; and brother, Charles F. Duffield of Wichita, Kan.

Rosary and visitation will be 7 p.m. Wednesday, May 16, 2018, at Wasson Funeral Home in Siloam Springs. Mass will be 2 p.m. Thursday, May 17, 2018, at St. Mary Catholic Church in Siloam Springs. Burial will follow at Duffield Family Cemetery, Siloam Springs. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to St. Mary Catholic Church, P.O. Box 118, Siloam Springs, AR, 72761.

Billie Ruth Robinson

Billie Ruth Robinson, 84, of Sulphur Springs, Ark., died May 12, 2018, at Northwest Medical Center in Bentonville, Ark.

She was born May 24, 1933, in Decatur, Ark., to W. Fred Owens and Velma Belle Thompson Owens. She married John C. Robinson on May 15, 1951. She worked for Plus Poultry for 16 years and Peterson Poultry for 16 years, as well as Bear Brand Hosiery and Southside Elementary School in Siloam Springs. She was a member of Mt. Zion Missionary Baptist Church in Sulphur Springs.

She was preceded in death by her husband; two daughters, Diana Robinson and Karen Jean Heath; and two grandchildren, J.C. Heath and Melissa Woods.

She is survived by three sons, Johnny Robinson of Sulphur Springs, Charles R. Robinson and wife Kay of Linn, Mo., and George David Robinson and wife Charlotte of Gentry, Ark.; two daughters, Judy Ann Wilson and husband Oscar of Dennard, Ark., and Brenda Kaye Coones and husband Mike of Gentry; nine grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; and a sister, Donna Stacy of Decatur.

Funeral services will be 2 p.m. Wednesday, May 16, 2018, at Mt. Zion Missionary Baptist Church in Sulphur Springs. Burial will follow at Butler Creek Cemetery in Sulphur Springs.
