Early voting centers set; issues still 'ify'

Courts, Lawsuits could derail amendment vote on tort reform, casinos

While it may seem to change day to day on whether these five Constitutional Amendments will survive legal challenges to be on the upcoming Nov. 6 General Election ballot, the Benton County Election Commission has set the locations for Early Voting Centers.

Early in-person voting begins at the start of business on Monday, Oct. 22 and ends at the end of business on Monday, Nov. 5.

The November General Election Polls open at 7:30 a.m. on Tuesday, Nov. 6 and close at 7:30 p.m. that evening.

Benton County's Election Commission has released the list of Early, In-Person voting centers.

These voting centers are open and if you are a registered voter anywhere in Benton County you may cast your vote at any of these centers regardless of whether it is near your traditional polling place or not.

Most are open all day Monday throught Friday, and some on Saturday mornings, however, please check your preferred location for exact times by day before heading out. These centers, dates and times are:

• Benton County Clerk's Office, 215 E. Central, Suite 217, Bentonville. Office will be open 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday, Oct. 22-26 and Oct. 29-Nov. 2. This office will be open 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 27 and Saturday, Nov. 3. This office will also be open 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Monday, Nov. 5.

• Benton County Election Commission Office, 2109 E. Walnut, Rogers, will be open 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday, Oct. 22-26 and Oct. 29-Nov. 2. This office will be open 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 27 and Saturday, Nov. 3. This office will also be open 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Monday, Nov. 5.

• Benton County Clerk's Office, 707 S. Lincoln, Siloam Springs, will be open 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Oct. 22-26 and Oct. 29-Nov. 2. Also open on Saturday, Oct. 27 and Nov. 3 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. This site is open Monday, Nov. 5, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

• Siloam Springs Community Building, 110 N. Mt. Olive Street, Siloam Springs, will be open 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday, Oct. 22-26 and Oct. 29-Nov. 2. This office will not be open on Saturday. The Center will be open Monday, Nov. 5 from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m .

• First Landmark Baptist Church, 206 SE 28th Street, Bentonville, open 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday, Oct. 22-26 and Oct. 29-Nov. 2. This office will not be open on Saturdays and also closed Monday, Nov. 5.

• Riodan Hall, 3 Riordan Road, Bella Vista, open 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday, Oct. 22-26 and Oct. 29-Nov. 2. This site will be closed on Saturdays and closed on Monday, Nov. 5 .

• Bella Vista Fire Station, 101 Towncenter, Bella Vista, will be open 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday, Oct 22-26 and Oct. 29-Nov. 2. This polling place will be closed Saturdays and also closed on Monday, Nov. 5.

• Intrust Bank, 3300 Market, Suite 130, Rogers, will be open 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday, Oct. 22-26, and Oct. 29-Nov. 2. This polling center will not be open Saturdays. This center will be closed on Monday, Nov. 5.

• Rogers/Lowell Chamber of Commerce, 506 Enterprise Drive, Lowell, will be open 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday, Oct. 22-26 and Oct. 29-Nov. 2. This polling center will not be open Saturdays and will also be closed on Monday, Nov. 5.

• Reach Church, 900 W. Centerton Blvd., Centerton, will be open 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday, Oct. 22-26 and Oct. 29-Nov. 2. This polling center will not be open Saturdays and will also be closed on Monday, Nov. 5.

• NEBCO Community Building, 17823 Marshall Street, Garfield, will be open 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday, Oct. 22-26 and Oct. 29-Nov. 2. This polling center will not be open Saturdays and will also be closed on Monday, Nov. 5.

• Gravette Civic Center, 401 Charlotte Street, SE, Gravette, will be open 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday, Oct. 22-26 and Oct. 29-Nov. 2. This polling center will not be open Saturdays and will also be closed on Monday, Nov. 5.

Before a person is permitted to cast an Early Vote, the Election Official shall: Request the voter to identify themself by stating their name, date of birth, and address.

These polling centers were approved by the Benton County Election Commission. Any questions may be referred to the Election Commission Office by calling 479-271-1049.
