For the second time in her career, junior Jessica Meyer earned Sooner Athletic Conference Attacker of the Week honors, the league office announced Monday afternoon.
Meyer, who is third among all SAC attackers with a .275 hitting average, helped the Golden Eagles (5-5, 5-1) earn another pair of victories this past weekend. In the two matches, a four-set win over Wayland Baptist (Texas) and a sweep against Oklahoma Panhandle State, Meyer averaged 3.86 kills per set and boasted a .615 attacking mark.
