Week of April 1-3

Breakfast

Wednesday: Oatmeal, cinnamon toast, variety fruit, fruit juice and milk.

Thursday: Sausage, egg and cheese crispito with salsa, variety fruit, fruit juice and milk.

Friday: Chicken biscuit with jelly, variety fruit, fruit juice and milk.

Lunch

Wednesday: Beef and bean burrito or cheese quesadilla, chili beans, tossed salad with ranch, chilled pears and tortilla chips with salsa.

Thursday: Chicken sandwich in a whole grain bun or charburger on a whole grain bun, lettuce/pickle, sweet potato fries with ketchup, chilled pears and a whole grain chocolate chip cookie.

Friday: Macaroni and cheese, or turkey and cheese on goldfish bread, tossed salad with ranch, green peas, strawberries and a whole grain roll.

Week of April 6-10

Breakfast

Monday: Cereal, cinnamon toast, variety fruit, fruit juice and milk.

Tuesday: Sausage roll, variety fruit, fruit juice and milk.

Wednesday: Scrambled egg, whole grain biscuit with jelly, variety fruit, fruit juice and milk.

Thursday: Cheese quesadilla, variety fruit, fruit juice and milk.

Friday: Mini waffles, variety fruit, fruit juice and milk.

Lunch

Monday: Scrambled eggs with a whole grain biscuit and jelly, or hot ham and cheese on a whole grain bun, tater tots with ketchup, dragon punch and chilled fruit cocktail.

Tuesday: Stromboli or sloppy joe on a whole grain bun, baked beans, tossed salad with ranch, chilled pineapple and jello with whipped topping.

Wednesday: Barbecue chicken or Salisbury steak, sweet potato crunch, seasoned green peas, fresh apple slices and a whole grain roll.

Thursday: Sausage pizza or fish sticks with a whole grain biscuit, broccoli with ranch, seasoned corn, orange smiles and a marshmallow rice square.

Friday: Spaghetti with meat sauce with a whole grain roll or barbecue pork patty on a whole grain bun, seasoned green beans, tossed salad with ranch and chilled pineapple.

Week of April 13-17

Breakfast

Monday: Cereal, toast with jelly, variety fruit, fruit juice and milk.

Tuesday: French toast sticks, variety fruit, fruit juice and milk.

Wednesday: Biscuit with jelly, sliced ham, variety fruit, fruit juice and milk.

Thursday: Yogurt with grahams, variety fruit, fruit juice and milk.

Friday: Cini mini, variety fruit, fruit juice and milk.

Lunch

Monday: Corndog with ketchup or mustard or charburger on a whole grain bun, seasoned corn, baked beans, diced pears and an ice cream cup.

Tuesday: Beef and macaroni with a whole grain roll or turkey and cheese on whole wheat bread, steamed broccoli, tossed salad with ranch, and strawberries/bananas.

Wednesday: Baked ham with a whole grain roll or flatbread sandwich, quick baked potato, seasoned green beans and chilled fruit cocktail.

Thursday: Catfish strips on a whole grain biscuit or sloppy joe on a whole grain bun, sweet potato fries with ketchup, creamy coleslaw and orange smiles.

Friday: Meatloaf on a whole grain roll or grilled chicken on a whole grain bun, mashed potatoes with gravy, steamed carrots and fresh apple slices.

Week of April 20-24

Breakfast

Monday: Cereal, cinnamon toast, variety fruit, fruit juice and milk.

Tuesday: Pancake and sausage wrap, variety fruit, fruit juice and milk.

Wednesday: Biscuit with gravy, sausage patty, variety fruit, fruit juice and milk.

Thursday: Cheese toast, variety fruit, fruit juice and milk.

Friday: Mini pancakes, variety fruit, fruit juice and milk.

Lunch

Monday: Cheese nachos or chicken fajita on a whole grain tortilla, tossed salad with ranch, pinto beans, chilled peaches and a chocolate pudding cup.

Tuesday: Chili with whole grain crackers or barbecue pulled pork on a whole grain bun with pickle spears, carrot/celery sticks with ranch, fresh banana and a cinnamon roll.

Wednesday: Chicken and noodles with a whole grain roll or tuna sandwich with baked chips, steamed broccoli and carrots, tossed salad with ranch and chilled pineapple.

Thursday: Chicken fried steak on a whole grain roll or cheese pizza, mashed potatoes with gravy, seasoned peas and mandarin oranges.

Friday: Deli sandwich or hot dog on a whole grain bun, lettuce/pickle, seasoned corn, strawberry cup and graham crackers.

April 27-30

Breakfast

Monday: Cereal, toast with jelly, variety fruit, fruit juice and milk.

Tuesday: Breakfast pizza, variety fruit, fruit juice and milk.

Wednesday: Oatmeal, cinnamon toast, variety fruit, fruit juice and milk.

Thursday: Sausage, egg and cheese crispito with salsa, variety fruit, fruit juice and milk.

Lunch

Monday: Pizzaburger on a whole grain roll or barbecue rib patty on a whole grain bun, baked lays, baked beans, broccoli with ranch and orange smiles.

Tuesday: Turkey wrap on a whole grain tortilla or hot ham and cheese on a whole grain bun, curly fries with ketchup, lettuce and pickle, chilled fruit cocktail and scooby grahams.

Wednesday: Beef and cheese tacos or cheese quesadilla, tossed salad with ranch, mango wango, frozen fruit cup and tortilla chips with salsa.

Thursday: Chicken nuggets with barbecue or salisbury steak, mashed potatoes with gravy, steamed carrots, strawberries and bananas and a whole grain roll.

* Choice of skim or 1 percent white milk, or fat free chocolate milk available daily. Menus are subject to change.Kite Day

Siloam Springs Parks and Recreation will host Kite Day from noon to 2 p.m. Saturday, April 11, at Siloam Springs Municipal Airport.

The first 200 children will receive kite making supplies to build kites. You may bring your own kite to fly. Children will enjoy inflatables as an additional activity. No registration is required.
