Crye-Leike Real Estate Services announces that The Coleman Team, consisting of Broker Suellen Coleman-Chase and Managing Broker Misti Coleman-Stephens, has earned the title of Crye-Leike 2018 Top Producing Real Estate Team for the Northwest Arkansas region.

To be named a top producing team in one of Crye-Leike's nine-state regions, individuals must have earned the highest sales volume for that year. The Coleman Team was recently honored by CEO and Co-Founder Harold Crye at Crye-Leike's Northwest Arkansas Kick-Off meeting in January.

"We are very proud of the dedication and commitment seen by our top producing teams," said Crye. "2018 was a record-breaking year for the company and would not have been possible without their hard-work and drive."

The mother-daughter duo is licensed in Arkansas and Oklahoma, where they specialize in residential, farm and land, new home construction and commercial real estate services in Benton and Washington counties in Arkansas, and Adair and Delaware counties in Oklahoma. They are affiliated with Crye-Leike's Siloam Springs branch office with Misti as the current Managing Broker.

A contributor to the real estate industry for 40 years, Coleman-Chase has earned the certifications of Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) and Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI), which required the completion of academic and professional achievements. Coleman-Stephens has earned the CRS, GRI and Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR), and currently serves on the Scholarship Committee for the Northwest Arkansas Board of Realtors (NABOR). Coleman-Chase and Coleman-Stephens are accompanied by their assistant, Sue Johnson, who has worked for the family for 40 years.

Both women are active community members and have been recognized for their generosity over the years. Coleman-Chase received the Pioneer Citizen of the Year award in 2016 for outstanding community service over her lifetime and Coleman-Stephens is a member of the Siloam Springs Rotary, where she served as past president and is now serving as P.E.O President for Chapter T in 2019-2020.

"We were both born and raised in Siloam Springs," said Coleman-Chase. "It's where we live, work and play. We have such a love for this community and are honored to continue to serve its real estate needs."
