Little Rock Christian jumped out to a 20-6 lead, but Siloam Springs went on a 9-1 run to slice the Lady Warriors' lead to 21-15 in the second quarter.
Alexsis Fortner started the rally with an offensive rebound and putback and she had another at end of the first quarter to pull Siloam Springs within 21-12. Chloe Price also had a basket inside inbetween those Fortner scores.
Brooklyn Shreve's bucket inside got the Lady Panthers within 21-15.
"We went through a stretch where we played extremely hard," said Siloam Springs coach Tim Rippy. "We got some offensive rebounds. We executed off the press, got good shots. There was a really nice stretch there in the second quarter and even at the end of the first quarter where we started digging our way back into the ballgame, and I thought that was a positive."
Little Rock Christian (23-2, 11-1 5A-West) then scored the next 15 points to get its lead back up to 21 points.
The Lady Warriors led 38-17 at halftime and 57-26 heading into the fourth quarter.
Amber Brown, who's signed with Pittsburgh, led the Lady Warriors with 18 points, while Wynter Rodgers had 17.
Price led Siloam Springs (9-16, 6-6) with 13 points, while Fortner scored seven, Mia Hevener five, Cheyanne Pfeifer and Emery Brown three, and Jadyn Still, Quincy Efurd and Shreve each with two.
The Lady Panthers will now host Russellville on Tuesday in a game with major playoff implications. Siloam Springs needs to defeat Russellville by more than three points to keep their playoff hopes alive.
"It's a great opportunity. We know what's on the line," Rippy said. "We've been working and preparing for the opportunity and I'm hopeful we'll be ready to go. I'm sure Russellville will know what's on the line as well."
