In the story "GRDA to collect PCA from citizens," in the Sept. 21 issue of the Herald-Leader it was incorrectly stated that the Grand River Dam Authority (GRDA) is required by the Oklahoma Corporation Commission to recover costs.
GRDA is not under the authority of the Oklahoma Corporation Commission but is observant of its rules and policies.
The Herald-Leader apologizes for the error.
