April 1-3

Wednesday: Pork roast, broccoli and rice casserole, glazed carrots, bread and cookie.

Thursday: Meatloaf with sauce, twice baked potato, green beans, bread and strawberry ice cream.

Friday: Chicken ala king over biscuits, mashed potatoes, mixed vegetables and fruit cup.

April 6-10

Monday: Fried catfish fillet, steak fries, tangy coleslaw, hush puppies and lemon crumb dessert.

Tuesday: Chicken salad plate, broccoli and cauliflower salad, chunky fruit medley, bread and yogurt.

Wednesday: Taco salad with ground beef, Fritos, cheese, mixed greens, tomato, strawberries and ice cream.

Thursday: Poppy seed chicken, mashed potatoes, lemon broccoli, bread and cookie.

Friday: Sausage patty, scrambled eggs, potato gems, biscuit and jam, and fruit cup.

April 13-17

Monday: Beef fajitas, spicy pinto beans, peppers and onions, warm tortilla and tropical fruit cup.

Tuesday: Spaghetti with meat sauce, Italian green beans, mixed green salad, garlic bread and cook's choice dessert.

Wednesday: Cheeseburger with bun, lettuce, tomato and pickle, potato chips, baked beans and apple.

Thursday: Broccoli cheese soup, turkey sandwich with lettuce, tomato and pickle, crackers and apricots.

Friday: Fried chicken wings, sweet potato patties, broccoli with cheese, biscuit and a cookie.

April 20-24

Monday: Barbecue brisket with barbecue sauce, baked beans, creamy coleslaw, garlic bread and a fruit cup.

Tuesday: Country fried steak, mashed potato with gravy, peas and carrots, bread and hummingbird cake.

Wednesday: Pulled pork au jus, new potatoes, green beans, bread and rainbow sherbet.

Thursday: Smoked sausage, black-eyed peas, sauerkraut, cornbread and spiced peaches.

Friday: Beef frankfurter with chili, bun, baked beans, potato salad and banana.

April 27-30

Monday: Shepherd's pie, seasoned pinto beans, tangy coleslaw, bread and cook's choice.

Tuesday: Beef Stroganoff, egg noodles, carrot coins, green beans, bread and orange zephyr whip.

Wednesday: Chef salad with ham, turkey, cheese, egg, veggies, mixed greens, crackers, tropical fruit and cookie.

Thursday: Fish on a bun, with lettuce, tomato and tartar sauce, potato salad, baked beans and pears.
