Tina Parker/Siloam Sunday Workers from the Arkansas Highway Transportation Department use compressed air to blast gravel and debris from cracks in Arkansas Highway 59 near Cheri Whitlock Drive on Friday. Once the cracks are cleared, a tar-like substance is pumped into the crack to seal out moisture. The crew has been working its way south from Gentry for the past week.
