The Cowboys for Kids event was a success, according to Rex Robrahn. Although Ability Tree is still waiting on some donations from sponsors, the event has netted more than $2,500 after all the overhead is paid.

Canyon Moore from Florence, Texas, was the No. 1 mutton buster with Devon Voyhles coming in second.

Ty Lewis from Siloam Springs was first in steer riding with Corry Nelson second.

For the main event, Bobby Rowland from Lipan, Texas, was first in bull riding and Johnny Hendrick from Crandall, Texas, was second.

Robrahn thanked his family for the help they provided while he was injured and all who attended.
