The Siloam Springs ninth-grade volleyball team dropped to 3-5 overall Monday after a 25-21, 25-7 loss to Harrison at Panther Activity Center.
Kendall McCormick led the Lady Panthers with three kills.
On Saturday, the Lady Panthers went 2-3 overall in the Springdale Spikefest Tournament.
Siloam Springs started the day going 0-3 in pool play, but they defeated Fayetteville White and Fort Smith Kimmons to win the bronze bracket of the tournament.
Eighth-grade
The eighth-grade team lost to Harrison 25-14, 17-25, 15-13 on Monday night to drop to 3-4 overall.
The eighth-graders went 2-2 at the Springdale Spikefest last weekend and lost to Central in the gold bracket.
Up next
Both the eighth- and ninth-grade teams played at Bentonville on Tuesday, with the eighth-graders playing Washington and ninth-graders playing Black. Results were not available at presstime.
Both teams are off until next Tuesday, Sept. 8, when they host Rogers Oakdale and Rogers Heritage at the PAC.
