Sept. 2-4

Wednesday: Pork fritter with bun, lettuce, tomato, pickle, buttered corn and spiced peaches.

Thursday: Cook's choice smorgasbord: entrée, veggies, bread and dessert.

Friday: Cheeseburger with bun, lettuce, tomato, pickle, baked beans and cinnamon applesauce.

Sept. 7-11

Monday: Closed for Labor Day.

Tuesday: Pork roast, broccoli rice casserole, glazed carrots, bread and cook's choice.

Wednesday: Ravioli with meat sauce, whole kernel corn, tossed salad, garlic bread and Rice Krispy treat.

Thursday: Baked ham, sweet potatoes, seasoned veggies, roll and ambrosia cup.

Friday: Scrambled eggs, sausage patty, biscuit and honey, potato gems and orange juice.

Sept. 14-18

Monday: Vegetable beef soup with crackers, half pimento cheese or tuna salad sandwich, rosy applesauce and vanilla wafers.

Tuesday: Roasted chicken, baked new potatoes, Brussels sprouts, bread and cookie.

Wednesday: Beef tips with gravy, rotini noodles, green beans, biscuit and pineapple orange cup.

Thursday: Chicken fajitas with peppers, onions, cilantro and cheese, pinto beans, Spanish rice, flour tortilla and apricots.

Friday: Swiss steak with tomato, black-eyed peas, turnip greens, bread and banana pudding with topping.

Sept. 21-25

Monday: Beef taco salad with corn chips, lettuce, tomato, cheese, cilantro and onion, strawberries and vanilla ice cream.

Tuesday: Beef stew, tossed salad, biscuit and emerald pears.

Wednesday: Tilapia Vera Cruz, oven roasted potatoes, green beans and cook's choice dessert.

Thursday: Barbecue pork with bun, fried okra, marinated carrots and orange zephyr whip.

Friday: Chicken and dumplings, peas and carrots, Harvard beets, bread and cookie.

Sept. 28-30

Monday: Smoked sausage, sauerkraut, seasoned lima beans, cornbread and sherbet.

Tuesday: Meatloaf with sauce, creole potatoes, seasoned squash, bread and cookie.

Wednesday: Cream of broccoli soup with crackers, half roast beef sandwich with lettuce, tomato and pickle, and fruit cup.
