Seventh-grade girls rally past Farmington

FARMINGTON -- The Siloam Springs seventh-grade girls basketball team rallied to pick up a 22-18 victory in its final game of the 2017 calendar year at Farmington on Wednesday.

The Lady Panthers trailed by eight points early in the game, but managed to regroup and come back for their fourth win of the season.

Brooke Ross led the Lady Panthers with 12 points, while Kalianhni Jacklick and Faith Ellis each had three. Sophie Stephenson and Audrey Sears added two points each for the Lady Panthers. Brooke Smith took a charge defensively for Siloam Springs.

Boys

The seventh-grade boys were defeated 34-13 by the Cardinals as the Panthers dropped to 3-3 overall.

Camden Blackfox led Siloam Springs with five points, while Levi Fox had four and Gabriel Cruz and Wilson Cunningham with two each.

The seventh-grade teams return to action against the same Farmington teams on Jan. 10 in Siloam Springs.
