The National Business Research Institute (NBRI) recently welcomed Cobb-Vantress Inc. to the NBRI Circle of Excellence.

The organization recognizes companies that place a high value on employee and customer engagement. Each year, Cobb-Vantress conducts team-member surveys with the help of NBRI. Then the results are used to shape improvements to operations and strategy.

"We're committed to continuous improvement, and NBRI helps us measure and identify trends in team-member engagement over time. I'm proud of our scores and thrilled that our team-members feel connected to their work at Cobb. Like our logo says, we truly are one family with one purpose," said Shanna Morgan, U.S. human resources director.

Cobb-Vantress qualified for this Best in Class honor by scoring at or above the 75th percentile when measured against others in the poultry industry.

"Employee engagement drives financial performance," said Dr. Jan G. West, Ph.D., CEO and organizational psychologist at NBRI. "This award is a result of Cobb-Vantress' dedication to measuring and improving their employee engagement."

With headquarters in Siloam Springs, Cobb Vantress is the world's oldest pedigree broiler breeding company. It distributes poultry to more than 120 countries.

NBRI conducts Employee, Customer, and Market Research for businesses, and uses this data to help organizations leverage these human factors to make improvements to operations and strategy.
